These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Mudah4D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Mudah4D website at mudah4d.cam and all associated services, games, promotions and features accessible therein.

Mudah4D operates under an international online gaming licence and provides online gambling services including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games and 4D lottery products. The platform is designed and maintained to serve players across Malaysia, including those based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam.

By accessing the Mudah4D platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you: (a) have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; and (c) agree to be legally bound by these Terms as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Registration and use of the Mudah4D platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during which your account remains active:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Mudah4D enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with the minimum age standards applied by our international licensing authority. Any user found to be under the minimum age will have their account suspended immediately.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual may register and maintain only one Mudah4D account. Duplicate accounts will be subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order. Players who have previously self-excluded must not attempt to create a new account during the exclusion period.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, officers and immediate family members of Mudah4D and its affiliated companies are not eligible to maintain active player accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and kept up to date. Provision of false information is a material breach of these Terms.

To access real-money services on Mudah4D, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. Registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full.

Mudah4D is required to verify the identity of all players prior to the processing of withdrawal requests. You may also be required to complete KYC verification at any earlier stage, including upon registration, during high-volume deposit activity or at our sole discretion for fraud prevention purposes.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. Mudah4D will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You should notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

Mudah4D accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking and Hong Leong Connect. Additional methods may be introduced at Mudah4D's discretion and will be listed in the cashier section of the platform.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the applicable limits of the chosen payment method and as displayed in the cashier interface.
• Third-party deposits: Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties.
• Deposit confirmation: Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes during peak periods.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but not credited to your Mudah4D balance within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

Mudah4D does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which Mudah4D bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds (i.e., deposits and winnings derived from real money play, excluding Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) may be requested at any time subject to the conditions set out below.

• KYC Completion: Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Verified payment method: Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction, unless a lower threshold is specified for a particular VIP tier.
• Processing time: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically complete within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank transfers may take up to 60 minutes. All times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
• Withdrawal frequency: Players may submit multiple withdrawal requests per day subject to applicable method limits.
• Pending bonus requirements: Where a Player has an active Bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, the bonus amount and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the requirement is met, or the bonus is forfeited.

All bets placed on Mudah4D are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, 4D lottery) as published within each product section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these product-specific rules prior to placing any wager.

Mudah4D offers wagering on football (including English Premier League and Liga Super Malaysia), UFC, basketball, tennis and other international sporting fixtures. Odds are displayed in the relevant market and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed, it will not be modified. Mudah4D reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, data feed failures or manifest pricing errors.

Live casino games and slot games are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within each game interface. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. All games on Mudah4D use independently certified random number generation.

4D lottery draws are conducted in accordance with the draw schedule published on the platform. Results are final as confirmed by the applicable draw system. Winning tickets will be credited automatically to the applicable account balance within the timeframe specified in the lottery rules section.

Mudah4D offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section and any additional conditions specific to each promotion as published at the time of the offer.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal may be made. Typical wagering multipliers range from 10× to 30×.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While using Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is RM250 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Check individual promotion pages for the contribution schedule.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period (typically 7, 14 or 30 days as stated per offer), will be automatically forfeited.
• Maximum cash-out from bonuses: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount withdrawable from Bonus Fund-derived winnings is capped at a multiplier of the original bonus amount as specified per promotion.
• One bonus per household/device: Bonus eligibility is assessed per individual. Multiple accounts claiming bonuses from the same IP address, household, device or payment method will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• Mudah4D's right to modify: We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to suspected abuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Mudah4D platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of relevant bets, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or at any other point of interaction with Mudah4D.
• Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under aliases.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or live dealer table games.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to place bets, exploit games or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, technical glitches or any platform vulnerability to derive financial advantage.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting, matched betting using Mudah4D bonuses, or any form of bonus abuse designed to extract guaranteed value contrary to the spirit of promotional offers.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform for the purposes of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users without authorisation.
• Engaging in harassment, threats or abusive conduct towards Mudah4D staff or other platform users.

All content available on the Mudah4D platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, text, images and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of Mudah4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, publicly display, scrape or otherwise exploit any content from the Mudah4D platform without our express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mudah4D, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your participation in gambling activities on the platform, including losses resulting from wagering outcomes.
• Temporary interruptions to platform access, technical errors, internet connection failures or system maintenance that may affect your ability to place bets or access your account.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data or reputational harm.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by you in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

Mudah4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other criminal conduct.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to cease providing services to the account holder.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any outstanding Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Funds remaining in the account will be returned to the verified payment method on file following completion of any outstanding investigations, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Accounts flagged for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.

Mudah4D is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options to all registered players. These tools are accessible within your account settings at any time.

Gambling on Mudah4D is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Mudah4D processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an account and using the platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and KYC process is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and, where you have consented, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of Mudah4D's operating licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Mudah4D does not make any representation that the platform is lawful or accessible in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the platform complies with the laws of their country or territory of residence. This includes, without limitation, all laws in Malaysia governing online gambling participation.

Mudah4D reserves the right to revise, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account or through a prominent in-platform notification.

The effective date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Mudah4D platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
